How Does all this Work?

In the mean time, below are some quick answers to frequently asked questions about how our rental service works.  Should you wish to read the entire rental agreement, it can be found here.

delivery.

We offer delivery on most everything we rent, however there will be a charge for delivery.  The charge is based on delivery location.  At this time delivery is limited to Ocean and Monmouth counties, NJ. For more detailed information please review our delivery policy found here.

pickup.

Many items in our rental catalogue are available for pickup at one of our locations.  Should you opt for pickup it is important you understand the pickup policies which can be found here. Please take note certain items are not eligible for pickup.

deposits.

We require deposits to reserve merchandise for you.  Deposit amounts will vary based on product and are due at the time you place your order to ensure that the merchandise is held for your event.  We cannot guarantee availability of merchandise without advance reservations.

non-refundable deposits.

Certain items are only available in limited quantities, most notably tents, and will require a non-refundable deposit to hold.  This deposit will be applied to your balance, however should you opt to cancel it will not be refunded.

damages deposits.

For certain items, such as linens and tableware, an additional deposit will be added to your reservation.  Damage deposits are in additional to all other charges and will be refunded upon return of these items, provided they are returned in proper condition.

balances.

All balances are due prior to delivery.  Final payment is typically accepted upon delivery confirmation or at time of pickup for customers who opt to pickup their merchandise.
