As we continue to modernize, expand our inventory, and grow our services, we are building a team of dedicated individuals who want to be part of a company focused on quality, creativity, and exceptional events—from corporate celebrations and weddings to graduations and private gatherings.

We are currently seeking an organized and motivated Front Office Manager to join our team. This position may be based at any one of our store locations. The Front Office Manager oversees front-end operations at the store level, including order processing, customer communication, and coordination between customers, delivery teams, and warehouse staff.

This role plays a key part in ensuring that orders are processed accurately and that deliveries are scheduled efficiently. The manager will also supervise the clerical team, ensuring proper order entry, payment processing, and customer service standards. Once trained, this individual will be responsible for training and developing new front-end staff members.


About Our Seasonality

Our business is highly seasonal, with approximately 80% of our activity occurring between May and September. During the busy season, the Front Office Manager will lead a fast-paced team environment while coordinating a high volume of orders and deliveries.

During the off-season, staffing levels are reduced and operations slow down. The manager must be comfortable balancing the intensity of the busy season with the quieter winter months, when there may be times they will need to operate the office without additional support staff.

Responsibilities

• Process, administer, and oversee customer and client orders from inquiry through completion, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
• Coordinate delivery schedules with warehouse and operations teams to ensure safe and efficient delivery routes
• Supervise front-end staff including scheduling, hiring, training, and task delegation
• Ensure proper order entry, payment processing, and documentation of all transactions
• Maintain the organization and daily operations of the office environment
• Ensure that all orders and invoices are properly processed and accounted for
• Support warehouse and operations teams to ensure timely order fulfillment
• Assist with onboarding and training of new clerical staff
• Address staff questions related to front office procedures and operations
• Work with ownership to improve procedures and operational workflows when needed
• Provide general support for visitors, customers, and clients


Skills & Qualifications

• Previous experience as an Office Manager, Front Office Manager, or Administrative Assistant preferred
• Experience in customer service or retail environments strongly preferred
• Knowledge of office administration responsibilities, systems, and procedures
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and Outlook in particular)
• Hands-on experience with office equipment (printers, copiers, etc.)
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to multitask and prioritize work
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment
• A proactive mindset with the ability to suggest improvements
• High school diploma or equivalent required

They are not only responsible for the safe transportation of the cargo, they also assist in executing the deliveries, including set up of equipment and tents; as well as loading and unloading of trucks. We are now seeking a full time Event Stylist to join our team. The right person for this position will have extremely strong communication skills and a keen eye for style and design.  This is a full time, year round, multifaceted position driven by client need and as such the appropriate candidate will need to have flexibility in scheduling.  Nights and weekends will be required as well as some outside travel, typically limited to Ocean and Monmouth Counties.

This role is ideal for someone who genuinely enjoys the creative side of events and takes pride in helping bring a client’s vision to life. Successful candidates tend to be highly organized, detail-oriented, and energized by the fast pace of event days. If you enjoy working with people, thinking creatively, and seeing an event come together from concept to completion, this can be a very rewarding position.
