How do I rent an Item?

Renting an item is simple.  And there are several ways to go about it. 

1) Find the item you are looking for on the web site and click the add to quote button.  Once you are finished shopping simply view your quote, enter your name and email address and click submit. We will email you, your quote in a day or so.  Don't forget to include the date and location of your event in the message!

2) Simply give us a call at 844-789-5493, select the option for the reservations desk and one of our associates will be happy to help you reserve your merchandise.

3) Stop into one of our locations during normal business hours and one of our associates will be able to help you out!

How does the whole rental process work?

Great question! But the answer may be a bit long for a FAQ page.  

Take a look here  and most of your questions should be covered.  If not, just give us a call, and we'll be happy to answer any additional questions you may have.

I'm not sure what I need; how do I get more information?

If you can't find the informationon our website, you can shoot us an Email at reservations@mystylizedevents.com and we will assign the appropriate person to get back to you.  In most cases we can devise a solution for your specific needs through email or phone calls, however if at anytime you would prefer an in person consultation we can certainly make arrangements for that.

Are you Insured?

YES! Of course we are.  We are fully insured and can provide documentation should your venue require it.

Businesses requiring a CoI should email info@mystylizedevents.com to request appropriate documentation.

Shipping

When will I receive my item?

Shipping times vary by type of product as well as the shipping method you select, please refer to individual items for each items specific lead times.  In general, however, our products ship within one to two business days, with the notable exception of custom handmade items, which will require additional time to design and create.  For most shipping methods, items will arrive to you within three to five business days. You will receive shipping information including tracking numbers via email once your order ships

What if my item is incorrect?

If your Item arrives incorrect we will replace the item for the correct item at no cost to you. Email us within 3 days of receiving the item at info@mystylizedevents.com with proof of purchase (order number or copy of receipt). We will then provide you with a return shipping label. To expedite the process, please include an image of the item you received and a brief explanation of the issue.

What if my order arrives damaged?

If your Item arrives damaged we will replace the item at no cost to you. Email us within 3 days of receiving the item at info@mystylizedevents.com with proof of purchase (your order number or a copy of your receipt). To expedite the process, please include an image of the item you received and a brief explanation of the defect.

Do you offer free shipping?

Certain Items may qualify for Free Shipping, if they do this option will be available to you from your shopping cart page.

 

Additionally, from time to time we may offer promotions, coupons or incentives that include Free Shipping. 

All our free shipping offers with be sent via standard shipping means and typically arrive within 5 to 7 business days.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time we only ship to the United States, however we are working to add additional countries in the near future.  While we work through international shipping, please contact us directly at info@mystylizedevents.com should you wish to ship your selection internationally and we will do our best to accomodate you.

How do I Pick Up an Item

We recommend placing a reservation in advance to ensure that we have availabilty of the item you wish to pick up.  Then simply proceed to the Reservations desk at your designated pickup location on the appropriate day (typically the day prior to your event), with your reservation.

Will you help me load my items?

In this case we must say NO.  If you are opting against delivery, you must load AND SECURE any items you are picking up.  You are responsible from our door back to our door when picking up rental items.  Make sure your vehicle is appropriately sized, you are able to protect the rental items you have picked up from the elements, and that you have secured them safely to prevent damage.
