Shipping policy

Shipping times vary by type of product as well as the shipping method you select, please refer to individual items for each items specific lead times.  In Stock Items generally ship within 1-2 business days. Handmade items may require additional handling time, and typically ship within 3-5 business days.  Custom Items typically ship within 5 days of finalizing your design. 

We utilize a calculated shipping method for most orders.  Upon checkout you will be giving the choice of carriers and delivery lead times available as well as their associated costs. In certain cases we may opt to offer free delivery, when selecting free delivery, please note that we will utilize standard ground delivery services and you should allow for 3-5 business days in transit.  For most shipping methods, items will arrive to you within two to three business days. You will receive shipping information including tracking numbers via email once your order ships.  Orders receiving FREE delivery or that are shipped via USPS First Class Mail may not be eligible for Tracking services.

We do not process orders on weekends or Holidays.
